How are your products made?
All of our products are hand made in our own moulds using only high quality materials.
What kind of warranty do you have?
We guarantee fitment for all items that we produce.
What is your exchange/returns policy?
We are offering exchange or refund of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and remain the same condition as when received. If we find the products are returned with any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
What you need to do
- contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Email must include your name and order number. We will discuss your wished and provide details where to return the item.
- Package your items securely using plenty of packaging material to avoid damage during shipping.
- Please return your goods using the same shipping company, that we used to deliver the parts to you.
Once your return is received and checked for any signs of use, your refund or exchange will be processed. In case of refund we will process it with original payment method.
What payment method do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal and bank transfer.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if the items I ordered are not in stock?
We have a a wide range of products in stock, so we can ship them immediatelly.
Sometimes the products are not in stock, in that case we will notify you immediately and provide producing time.
My product was shipped to me damaged. What should I do?
We check and double-pack every item before shipping. However delivery staff sometimes don't handle the items carefully. If you notice any serious damage on the package, open the package only with the supervision of thedelivery staff and contact us immediately.
