For processing the order we need to collect some of your personal data, such as your name, shipping and billing address, e-mail, payment information and telephone number. We will only use this information to fulfill your order. You can read more in our Privacy policy.

Straus carbon data

All pictures and data on www.straus-carbon.com website are a property of STRAUS CARBON brand and are there to help customers get in touch with our company and get more information about items they are buying. Unauthorized persons are not allowed to use any material on this website without our written consent.

Changes of website

We reserve the right to make changes of our website, terms&conditions and erase and/or modify products with or without your notice.

Returns

We accept returns in 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Once you have contacted us about return by e-mail info@straus-carbon.com , you can send back ordered items on at your own cost. The items need to be sent in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. After we receive your items, we will inspect them in 3 business days and you will be notified by e-mail. Once your return is processed, we will give you a full refund for your order (shipping costs in this case are non refundable). 

If the goods were damaged during delivery, immediately report the damage to the delivery courier and contact us by e-mail info@straus-carbon.com within 48 hours after receiving the item and provide all the information available. We will give you a replacement or a full refund after we receive the parts back in our office.

Payment 

As payment methods we accept Paypal and bank transfer. All prices are in EUR.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, the shipping cost varies from your location.

- for European countries:

·       small package (up to 2kg) 15,00€,

·       middle package (2-5kg) 20,00€,

·       big package (5-10kg) 30,00€.

-   - other countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia…):

·       small package (up to 2kg) 40,00€,

·       middle package (2-5kg) 47,00€,

·       big package (5-10kg) 55,00€.

We use various shipping companies: GLS, DPD, Slovenian Post Office, Bartolini…

All of our items are shipped with tracking number that you receive on your e-mail after the item is shipped.

Estimated delivery time varies from provider of the shipping service and your location. Please note that because of Covid situation delivery times can be longer than usual.
